The Town of Ramapo Planning Board has not yet voted on the Patrick Farm final subdivision and site plan applications. ROSA and our hired experts along with Rockland County officials, political representatives and the Department of Emergency Services presented the board with compelling documentation and evidence as to why they should carefully consider this project before voting.
